Man. It's been FOREVER since I posted. Life has been busy, busy, busy! But I wanted to post some pics of our recent trip to Pigeon Forge. We had a great time.

I also cannot believe how time is flying. Miss K is 2 1/2 now, which does not seem possible. C is 9 months and I am already starting to think about the plans for his first birthday party! The kids are both doing great. Healthy and happy - what more could we ask for?!

Enjoy the pictures!

Someone doesn't like the sweeper!

Well, I have a ton of pictures from Halloween of our Princess and our Spider, but our internet is extremely slow tonight, so I will have to try and upload them tomorrow! But we had a great Halloween! The kids enjoyed themselves, as did we, of course!

K loves to try and dress herself.

Beautiful baby blues.

I love the look on C's face!

I said sit NEXT to Bubby, not ON Bubby!

Just relaxing!

Pumpkin Patch

T and I took K and C (along with some wonderful friends and their kids) to the pumpkin patch this weekend. We had a great and enjoyable time . . . until the last 30 minutes. During those last 30 minutes, K managed to have a blowout diaper (all the way up to her neck!!!!) right when we got in the tractor to go back to the pumpkin patch. Nice timing, kid! I had to do a quick diaper change/wipe-down among the pumpkins with K singing: "I'm nakey in the punkin patch." On the way back to the barn, T was bouncing C (while bumping along in the hayride) and C spit up all over K and me. Now, I am used to this, but K was not thrilled. We had to listen to shrieks of: "Bubby spit up on me. Ewww! Clean it up!" But, alas, we finally got her cleaned up. We hightailed it right out of there. I don't even think we said bye to our friends. And I know we did not get any pumpkins. Below are some pictures of the day!

A little blurry, but I think C looks pretty bored!

So, everyday I think - hmmm . . . I really need to post some pictures of the kids and what we have been doing lately. But everyday, life overwhelms me and by the time I actually have time to do it, I am completely and utterly exhausted and I collapse in bed. I really do want to post some pictures. I have some great ones of this past weekend when we took the kids to the pumpkin patch - which was an interesting day to say the least!

Now on to updating . . . .

K is being K. What else is there to say? She amazes me everyday. She is coming into her own, personality-wise. She is such a great mixture of T and I. She has T's obsessive-compulsiveness, but my attitude (unfortunately) and patience (or lack thereof). She is such an amazing big sister. She thinks her "bubby" is the coolest thing since sliced bread. When she wakes up, the first thing she says is "Bubby sleeping?" She then runs in there to see him. I love it!! We are also starting the unbelievably large task of potty-training. Ugh! We are doing the sticker reward system, so we will see how that goes. She did go pee-pee in the potty yesterday for Aunt Jodi (or Joodeee as she calls her). We shall see how this pans out!

C is a silly, giggling, chunky monkey. He thinks everything is funny - especially his sister. He is now rolling over from his belly to his back somewhat consistently. He is trying harder than heck to roll over from his back to his belly. He gets his head over, but cannot quite get his big ol' body over there. I guess that's what happens when you start out almost 11 pounds (and as a preemie too!!!). C is doing fabulously on cereal, but his sleeping could still use some improvement (well - a lot of improvement!). He normally does fairly well when he gets up for a bottle (takes it and goes right back to sleep), but he was in rare form last night. I was up with him for an hour before I got T up. He then rocked him and he finally fell asleep in his swing. T then spent the rest of the night on the couch. I am sure he was comfortable. Ha ha!

So,I hope to post some pictures soon. Here's to hoping!

Brand new!

So, I am new to this blogging thing. I have been following blogs for years, but never thought to have my own. This is my attempt at my very own blog. You can follow what I do day-to-day. This normally involves working outside of the home during the day and keeping up with K and C and T in the evening. It's exhausting, but I love it. I wouldn't change anything - well, maybe I would change C's sleeping habits. If only he would sleep through the night!
